In the program we will hear Sephardic songs in new, modern arrangements, which refer to the ethno-jazz trend. In the arrangement one can hear the mixture of different musical worlds: from ancient and ethno music through classical music till jazz and intuitive music.

Anna Riveiro Trio:
Anna Riveiro: vocal, classical guitar, hurdy gurdy, concert scenario.
Marcin Olak: acoustic and electric guitar, darabuka, arrangements of pieces.
Michał Pindakiewicz: classical and acoustic guitar, udu, arrangements of pieces.

This program refers to the musical tradition of Medieval Spain as well as to the way of performing Sephardic music in the Arabic part of the Mediterranean Sea Basin. The instruments and arrangements of the musical pieces emphasize oriental influences in Sephardic music.

Anna Riveiro ensemble:
Anna Riveiro: vocal, guitar, artistic direction.
Marta Maślanka: santur, darabuka, riqq. Wojciech Lubertowicz: darabuka, udu, daff. Michał Pindakiewicz: guitar. Mohammad Rasouli: ney flutes, tar, daff

Arrangements of Sephardic songs for two guitars evoke the connections of this music with the culture of Spain. The songs will be performed with one or two guitars and a capella. Warm, sensual voice of the singer excellently matches the guitarist’s virtuosic playing and the main topic of the concert is love…

Artists:
Anna Riveiro: vocal, guitar, concert scenario.
Michał Pindakiewicz: guitar, arrangements of pieces.

The program Dos Amantes refers to the roots of Sephardic music and shows its modern aspect as a still living tradition. The songs are performed in the original language of Sephardic Jews called ladino, but the instruments and arrangements refer also to Spanish, Arabic as well as Klezmer music.
